So.. The people are amazing and have been super helpful. This is NOT medical advice in anyway. But I think the fibroids package has been helpful. It seemed to help shrink them or at least mitigate son of my "fullness" feeling...

Great selection of herbal products. The heartbsupport helped my cholesterol a lot, and the organic honey is delicious. The staff are really friendly and polite, not to mention knowledgeable about their job.

Delivery & Returns
To make sure you get your favorite products quickly and conveniently, we’ve partnered with several delivery services to offer the best shipping options. We primarily use USPS and UPS, with FEDEX available by request. For local customers, we also offer delivery through Uber Direct and in-store pickup. Our standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days, depending on the size and customization of your order. While we’re open on Saturdays, we only count banking days as business days for processing. Free shipping orders may take up to 7 days to arrive, but Priority and Express orders are expedited through our processing system. Return and Exchange Policy We want you to love your products from Island Roots Botanicals! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Eligibility for Returns Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Perishable goods (like teas and herbs) and custom-made products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. How to Initiate a Return Contact Us: Email us at islandrootsbotanicals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please include a photo if the item is damaged or defective. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions and the return shipping address if your request is approved. Ship the Item: Once approved, send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Refunds and Exchanges Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund. It may take 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Exchanges: If you’d prefer a replacement item, let us know in your initial email. We’ll ship it out as soon as your return is processed. Non-Returnable Items Clearance items, gift cards, and products marked as “final sale” are non-returnable. We’re happy to answer any questions about returns or exchanges.
