Use only mild, nutritive, or external herbs in micro-doses or diluted teas. Babies’ organs are still developing, so avoid detoxifying, stimulating, or bitter herbs.

Goldenseal, Wormwood, Senna, Neem, Epazote, Mandrake, Sage (strong teas), Valerian, and most detox herbs.
