Processing Time:
Each Giftable Wellness Bundle is hand-packed with care and requires 1–2 business days to prepare before pickup or shipping.

Customizations:
Minor substitutions may be made by request. Items of equal or lesser value can be swapped depending on availability. Add requests in your order notes.

Gift Notes & Receipts:
We can include or exclude receipts and add personal gift notes. Just let us know in your order notes.

Assembly & Packaging:
Boxes ship unassembled to protect the items during transit unless you request pre-assembly.
Pre-assembled boxes may require an additional shipping fee based on weight and packaging.

In-Store Pickup:
Mystery Boxes are available in-store, but they are not pre-made. They still require assembly time.

Holiday Shipping Notice (December Only):
Shipping carriers experience severe delays this time of year.

• Orders after Dec 15 should choose Priority or Express to arrive before Christmas.
• Orders after Dec 22 will arrive after Christmas.
  Even with upgraded shipping, delivery times are outside our control.
