Gentle, grounding, and restorative, Blackberry Leaf is one of nature’s most dependable herbal astringents. With a soft, fruity aroma and a slightly tart, earthy taste, it offers comfort and balance from the inside out.
Traditionally used as a soothing digestive and throat tonic, Blackberry Leaf is known for its high tannin content, which helps tone tissues, ease inflammation, and support the body’s natural detox pathways. It’s an everyday herb that restores steadiness and strength — perfect for sipping as a daily wellness tea.
As a daily tea or gentle tonic:
Directions (Internal Use):
Steep 1–2 teaspoons of dried leaf in 8 oz of hot water for 10–15 minutes.
Strain and enjoy up to 3 cups per day.
For a cooling digestive blend, pair with Chamomile or Peppermint.
Our Blackberry Leaves are hand-harvested from wild bramble plants in early summer, before the berries appear. At this stage, the leaves contain their highest concentration of tannins and flavonoids.
They’re shade-dried and carefully sifted to preserve their rich green color and soft, natural fragrance.
Blackberry Leaf reminds us that healing can be both simple and strong. It restores tone to what has weakened — the stomach, the skin, the spirit — and brings balance where there is excess.
This is the tea of quiet resilience: grounding, purifying, and steady. Perfect as a gentle daily tonic or first-aid herb to always keep on hand.
